- The polymers are currently exempt from REACH as long as the residual monomer is less than 2%. The polymers manufactured by POLYSISTEC meet the requirements, therefore they are exempt.

- The substances used in the manufacture of our products are pre-registered or registered by our suppliers or exempt from the registration requirements under REACH regulation.

Therefore, POLYSISTEC can confirm that our products are in compliance with REACH registration obligations. Besides all relevant substances are registered within the supply chain or are exempt from registration.

Furthermore, POLYSISTEC declares that your products do not contain / are not intentionally adding in their formulations the substances identified as SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) and must be included in Annex XIV of REACH in quantities greater than 0.1%.

REACH is the European Regulation concerning the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemical substances and preparations. In principle, REACH applies to all chemical substances; not only those used in industrial processes but also in our day-to-day lives, for example in cleaning products, paints as well as in articles such as clothes, furniture and electrical appliances. Therefore, the regulation has an impact on most companies across the EU. The REACH Regulation applies to manufacturers, importers, downstream users and Companies established outside the EU. Unregistered substances can not be marketed or used.
